By now I’m sure you’ve all stalked the infamous – or un famous – Hype Girl Herself. With this, you’ve probably realized that while she thinks her blog is going viral, it’s really just Kelly Potts clicking a bunch of times in order to get her stats up.

What you might not know is that Mollie has an, actually famous, sister. Kate is the favorite child of the family. Sandy told me.

The only time I ever read Mollie’s blog is when Kelly Potts is around and I read it off her phone. Or when it’s about me, which is a lot #WhyAreYouSoObsessedWithMe.  This is because I don’t want to give Mollie the pleasure of one more view.  However, I do in fact read Kate’s Blog. Why you ask? Well, because it’s a real f*cking blog, and also I really wanna lose 3 lbs.

Kate, being so fit and all Nike Master Trainer like, recently posted a post about meal prepping. Here’s the thing: the post was sponsored by Ziploc. Even though I hate Katy #TeamTayor I have to take a moment to throw in my favorite song lyric ever.

And you know what I love more than Ziploc? Tacos. All sorta of tacos. And you know what falls into this category too? Burritos! And crunch-wraps! And quesadillas! And nachos! And tequila.

Kate posted about this “breakfast burrito” which I really think is an imposter burrito but either way I decided to make it. TRUST.

Note: I also took Kate’s advice and meal prepped with wine. It’s a requirement.

Here is the recipe: 10:00AM Breakfast: Burrito

Ingredients: One wheat wrap, two hard boiled eggs (diced), 1/2 avocado, lots of cracked black pepper and sea salt.

Directions: Combine hard boiled eggs and avocado in a bowl, mashing and mixing together until a creamy consistency is achieved. Top with lots of cracked pepper and sea salt and spoon on to the wheat wrap. Wrap it up like you’ve see it done at Chipolte, nice and tight. Be generous with that avocado, it doesn’t extra in your own kitchen!!!

Storage: Lay flat in a pint size Ziploc baggie.

Why it works: Between the eggs and the avocado, this meal is high fat content so it keeps you full. It’s easy to eat while you walk to work, or if you’re already at the office, it’s relativity odor free. Don’t be that person.

Even though the directions are pretty vague – how much is “lots of”? I figured it out and ended up with a pretty decent imposter burrito. Okay Kate, I trust now!

Also, Kate like woks so I bought a wok. This thing rocks for making everything EXCEPT breakfast burritos.
